OFFICIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Cooked Crab Podcast along side Iron & Bark 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 November 2026.

Any entries received after the closing date and time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of the Promoter and participating prize sponsors, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase an eligible The Cooked Crab sticker during the promotional period.

Entry is based on the number of stickers purchased:

• Purchase 1 sticker ($20) = 1 entry.
• Purchase 3 stickers ($50) = 3 entries.
• Every individual sticker purchased counts as one entry.
• There is no limit to the number of entries an individual can receive, provided each entry corresponds to an eligible sticker purchase.

All eligible purchases made during the promotional period will automatically be included in the draw.

The sticker must be purchased at its advertised normal retail price. No additional entry fee applies.

5. Prize Details

There is one prize package available to be won, consisting of:

• 4 × Ultimate Pro Pots
• 1 × Iron & Bark Stainless Steel Crab Cooker
• 1 × Iron & Bark Crab Measure
• 1 × Iron & Bark Pot Spreader
• 1 × The Cooked Crab Hat

Total advertised prize pool value: $1,520 AUD.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected through a random electronic draw.

The draw will take place on:

Date: 5 December 2026
Time: 12:00 pm AEST

Every valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.

The draw will be conducted electronically by the Promoter.

The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable Australian laws.

7. Winner Notification

The successful winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

The winner may also be announced on The Cooked Crab and Iron & Bark social media pages.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 14 days of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on 17 December 2026 at 5:00 pm AEST.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be posted to the successful winner at no additional cost.

The winner must provide a valid Australian postal address for delivery.

The Promoter will arrange delivery once the winner’s details have been confirmed.

9. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect contact or delivery details supplied by entrants.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner and arranging prize delivery.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing an eligible sticker and entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
